International Testing
International Testing Availibility
International ABRET candidates may be able to test in their own country. The Professional Testing Corporation is responsible for administering the ABRET written exams in EEG, Evoked Potentials, and Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring. For an additional $150 special testing center fee, candidates may be able to have the written portions of the exams proctored locally, rather than traveling to the United States.
Instructions:
- Obtain a Candidate Handbook from Professional Testing Corporation or by contacting the ABRET Executive Office.
- Complete the Application in the Handbook
- Follow the instructions in the Handbook for requesting an International testing site, or complete the International Testing Request form which may be downloaded from the ABRET website, www.abret.org or by contacting the ABRET Executive Office.
- Send both forms with appropriate fees to the Professional Testing Corporation at least eight weeks before the application deadline listed on the front of the Candidate Handbook.
